Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is simple and straightforward 


We do not disclose that you have contacted us, nor that you are our client nor any aspect of your transaction or relationship with us, unless, exceptionally:

(i)  We are compelled by a Court of Law or a government regulatory organisation having jurisdiction over us, or

(ii)  Such information is already lawfully in the public domain, or

(iii)  You consent to us disclosing such information.


We do not hold or store any details about you or your affairs on a database (electronic or otherwise).  We do collect and retain, albeit not on a database, such information about you as is necessary to satisfy ID and AML requirements.
